Do you work in the fields of education, healthcare or communications? Or maybe you work at one of our
Select Employee Groups.

To see if you qualify for membership, please complete our application*. After filling out the form, print and mail it to the address below. Once we receive your application in the mail, a member service representative will contact you. You may also stop by any of our four branches and sign up for membership during regular business hours.

Upon approval of your mailed application (as verified by a member service representative), membership is as easy as stopping by one of our branches to open a prime share (savings) account, paying a one-time $10 membership fee and maintaining a minimum balance of $25 in your prime share account. Don't forget to bring (2) forms of unexpired, government-issued identification with you to open your account (drivers license, social security card, voter registration card, etc.)

NEW ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering
activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
